Lead TADSS Engineer Senior
Job Description:
*Leads all engineering activities related to TADSS device implementation, integration, upgrades and maintenance including design, architecture and configuration baseline modifications through software fixes and technology refreshes.
*Leads all technical aspects of the integration lab.
*Drives innovation in TADSS and IT solutions to enhance combat readiness and operational efficiency.
*Conducts detailed technical requirements analysis to understand the specific needs of PEO STRI of the system.
*Creates an engineering plan that supports TADSS, GFP, training services, and logistics across various mission areas.
*Leads the development of custom software solutions or the customization of off-the-shelf software to meet the unique needs of the training and simulation environment.
*Leads the implementation cybersecurity measures to protect training devices.
*Leads the rigorous testing of systems and simulations to identify and rectify any issues before deployment.
*Continuously monitors the performance of the enterprise solution, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
*Implements updates and enhancements to systems, software, and training programs to ensure they remain effective and relevant to the mission needs.
Education/Experience:
*(10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree)
